Titley and Marr understands that we have the responsibility to protect and respect any personal data that you provide us with. We follow the data protection laws and will only use personal data that you provide us with for valid reasons and will only pass data on to third party that is relevant.

When you open an account with us, place orders, order samples or visit us at a trade fair you provide us with your personal details which we hold in our database. We store your company name, address, telephone number and email addresses.  We take considerable care to protect your details. The only time your data is shared with an third party is  when orders are placed and then we pass your name and address (or delivery address) onto the warehouse and the couriers. We will not under any circumstances sell your data to any third party.

We also have an email address database which we use to send you information about new collections and any events that may be coming up.
